Choose your sleeping pattern wisely. Remember the earlier you sleep the earlier you will wake up. You can set an alarm, let say 6:00 am. Make it mandatory wake-up time and don't hit snooze.

That means you have to be in bed by 10 pm to have a good rest for eight hours.

4. Take a Healthy Breakfast

Many times we wake up in a hurry and leave the house without considering the fact that breakfast is the most important meal you should not miss every day.

If you always leave your house without a good breakfast, chances are you will lose concentration at work. Truth is, your body has stayed eight hours without taking anything. When you miss breakfast, your brain will lack the necessary glucose to feed on throughout the day.

5. Have a daily "To-Do" List Ready for the next day

You may be occupied with a lot of work that you sometimes miss completing the most important projects. To help you overcome such scenario, always create a "to-do" list for the next day.

You can prioritize each day's list starting with the most important tasks at the top of your list. The least important tasks can always come at the bottom.

Having a to-do list holds accountable for ensuring you accomplish everything on time.
